When you send the order form, call, send a WhatsApp message, or email Maidstone Farms, you may share your name, business name, phone number, email address, quantity, preferred date, location, and notes. We use those details to get back to you, talk through your order, and keep a record of it. The sales staff who need to respond to your request can see these details.
How you reached us
The order form may record the page you opened, the website that sent you to us, and campaign labels in the link. This helps us understand which marketing brings useful enquiries. We do not add your contact details or order message to that marketing information.
Optional analytics
The site asks before loading Google Analytics. If you choose No thanks, the website and contact links still work. If you choose Allow, the site records a little information, like which contact button you tapped and where you found it. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, or message text to analytics.
